I am with Heather. Just keep breastfeeding...and when you are celebrating your retirement, say on a cruise or some kind of European trip, just carry your pump with you. Best weight loss ever!!!

I have lost 55 out of the 60 lbs I gained. A is 10.5 months old.

Ugh I hate you! I'm BUSTING my ass, eating well and I'm yoyo-ing backwards and forwards on the same 4 lbs and, get this, I've been told that its probably because of the breastfeeding. That some women's weight loss completely stalls until they STOP breastfeeding :( I'm thrilled for your tiny ass though! Just, you know, massively jealous!

I ended up 20lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight and didn't exercise for beans; unless you count walking to the park and chasing after a toddler, which you shouldn’t.
