All I'm gonna say is that if I had to push 40lbs of boy and stoller on my own runs? Not only would my knees ache, but there's no EFFING WAY I'd go any further than 5km myself. Seriously.

I think you need to declare one morning a week - maybe Saturday - your baby-free run? Sucks to get up on my Saturdays at 6am when I'm frigging TIRED from the week, but I love running

Heather, unfortunately no - from day 1, this kid has stayed awake in the stroller 99% of the time (if he falls asleep, it's rare). My plan before he arrived was to have him nap while I ran, but even when I time it for naptime, he just won't. Same with the Bjorn. My boy's not a napper while he's out unfortunately.

Will baby boy nap in the stroller? My older daughter took GREAT naps in ours. We would get home and she would be out, giving me some extra time to sit on the front step and read a newspaper or get some things done around the house. My knees hurt when I started to run after giving birth to my first son. It seemed my weight had shifted and my body hadn't quite adjusted.
