O was breech up until the end, and dear lord the heartburn almost killed me. Literally bagels with cream cheese and milk was about all I could have in those last few weeks. If you're not doing it already - Zantac was a LIFESAVER. Lasts a LONG TIME. My OB cleared me to take 150mgs of it. Tums and/or Rolaids helped okay, too.

Once Tiny B turns, you should get some relief. Hopefully

Ah. The lovely heartburn. I only get heartburn with pregnancy. It's funny, after I have a baby, I find little rolls of rolaids in all my jackets/sweaters/pockets/purses/desk drawers/etc because I would get heartburn from drinking water. Ugh. It goes away the minute I give birth though, so you've got that to look forward to. You know, besides the whole BABY thing.

Ok, so I suffer from terrible reflux most all the time ( I can only imagine wwhat it will be like when/if I am pregnant) but milk (not sure about soy) actually is not good for heartburn. It is an old wives tale, probably because it feels cool going down, but it makes the problem worse ( i found this out

Also Marsaili never slowed down - she was kicking away until the contractions started (and I loved it to be fair, no movement would have scared the bejeezus out of me!)
