2 months, a lot of [food] discipline, and 222.95km later - the 10lbs is officially GONE. It has LEFT the building. It has CHECKED OUT.

The coolest part though, is that I've got another 2 months til the half marathon, so obviously, I'm going to KEEP running. And if I KEEP running, PLUS I keep up that [food] discipline thing, well, I might just knock off the EXTRA 5 pounds I'd thought about putting in the original goal but HADN'T put in the original goal!!!
