6 + 2 - 4 = 4?

The good news? New RE, Miss Tell-It-Like-It-Is, found 8 follicles. Not SIX. EIGHT.

The bad news? Miss Tell-It-Like-It-Is said she really only thinks FOUR of them are the right size, and while she really didn't WANT to give me the news, she really thought it was BETTER to give me the news so I'd be prepared. And it is better. To be prepared. Not exactly what I'd call PEACHY KEEN, but better regardless.

So here goes nothing!

Trigger at midnight, retrieval Wednesday, and probably a whole lotta whining in between.

However, there WON'T be any further cursing of the two stupid TURDS pretending to be my ovaries. After a few straight days of whining, I am OFFICIALLY done with that. Instead, there'll be just a whole lotta crossing ALL my fingers and ALL my toes, and a whole lot MORE hoping. And probably a few million whiny emails to OliveGirl and The Bestest Friend. And definitely some chocolate. Toffifee this time.

After all the crying sessions in the work toilet - aka our therapy centre, I owe you a big huge shoulder to whine on. Expect a "two week wait" care package shortly!

Go little eggs go!

I think you just never know how many eggs they will actually get on retrieval day, until retrieval day (I know that we had a couple that seemed to come out of nowhere on retrieval day).

I have HIGH hopes for you!!! Good luck on Wednesday!!!!!!!

Indeed, there must be something cosmically special about tomorrow -- at least that's what I believe!

You can email me to whine anytime. Cudos to you for focusing on a positive outlook!

Sending lot of hope and good thoughts to you!

I'm really sorry you're having such a rough time on this cycle. I truly know how that feels now. I hope tomorrow is perfect and you'll be feeling happier.
Really, really hoping for you.
All the very best, sweetheart, I'm thinking of you.

I'm glad you are done with the crying sessions. If crying helped to grow follicles I'm sure we would all get 100 come retrieval day. You never know what you will get until they get them. Sometimes they manage to pull out a few that you have no idea where they came from. I'm wishing you the best!

I hope, hope, hope that the four good ones now are excellent quality ones and the other four turn out the same. So much could happen btw Monday at your scan and Wednesday at your retrieval.

I'm sending all the good vibes that I possibly can to you.

PS - thanks for the card, too! A Chicklet original - it was even autographed :-)

Good luck tomorrow at retrieval. I'll be thinking of you. Who knows, maybe there are some more playful little follies having a good game of hide and seek down there!
